Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) – March
March 24 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 amFree
This two-hour virtual training will provide the foundational de-escalation skills for providing care, welfare, safety, and security of everyone involved in a crisis. Participants will learn the skills to safely respond to various levels of risk behavior while balancing responsibilities of care. For those of you attending for CPI re-certification, these two hours will serve as the first part of re-certification. You will need up to two hours of physical safety and physical control skills training to become re-certified. This can be done virtually by using video clips and can be arranged with the instructor to be completed online.
We will resume full day CPI certification training once we are able to safely do this in person.
