In this webinar, participants will learn practical strategies necessary to ensure a safe learning environment where the social, emotional, and behavioral well-being of all students and staff is maintained. Participants will examine strategies for building and maintaining positive relationships; understand the different stages in the Escalation/Crisis Cycle; identify where students are on the escalation continuum and how to respond; and learn effective communication strategies and scripts to minimize interfering behaviors.
