Description:  Vermont Rule 4500 is in place to maintain positive and safe learning environments, promote positive behavioral interventions and supports, and ensure that students are not subjected to inappropriate use of restraint or seclusion. This webinar will provide important information on what levels of intervention are permissible and prohibited under Rule 4500, including reporting requirements, debriefing, etc.
