Even though VTPBIS school or SU/SD coordinators have the title of “coordinator”, they also play an important role as “coach” of PBIS systems, data and practices. The goal of this series is to build on school and SU/SD coordinators’ current knowledge and skills to most effectively support school staff in PBIS implementation and sustainability. Each of the two half-day sessions (North and South) will include a facilitated networking session with peers and a topic-based instruction to enhance PBIS coaching skills. Topics will be determined based on a survey of VTPBIS coordinators in the fall.
Time: 9:00 – 12:30 (8:30 – 9:00 check-in). Optional afternoon topic-based planning and networking session – 1:30 – 3:30. Lunch on your own.
