Tiered Fidelity Inventory (TFI)
Fidelity measures and data is needed at all three tiers to guide/sustain efficient and effective PBIS implementation. The TFI is a free measure that allows you to assess fidelity of your core PBIS features at all three tiers. The TFI will be used to assess eligibility for VTPBIS Acknowledgements.
School Climate Surveys
The School Climate Survey Suite is a set of four multidimensional surveys to measure student, teacher, administrator, faculty, and family/caregiver perceptions of school climate.
Self-Assessment Survey (SAS)
The SAS is used by school staff for initial and annual assessment of effective behavior support systems in their school. The survey examines the status and need for improvement of four behavior support systems.
School-wide Information Systems (SWIS)
The VTPBIS State Team provides SWIS facilitation to all Vermont schools interested in obtaining the applications within the SWIS suite.
Social, Emotional, Behavioral Screening
A key feature of tiered supports is accurate identification of students who may need more intensive interventions. Screening data used in conjunction with other school data may help educators meet the needs of students at the right time and with the right amount of support.
