Webinar: Using Restorative Approaches to Identify and Address Needs

October 19, 2023 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am

$50

A restorative approach involves principle-based processes and practices that can be applied to help things go right as well as respond when things go wrong. This webinar will orient or re-orient participants to a whole school restorative approach and provide an introduction to restorative communication—a strategy that can be used to understand the root causes of behavior. When done well, we can identify and begin to address the unmet needs of all parties. While not required, this webinar is recommended for individuals planning to take the Embedding Function-Based Thinking within Restorative Approaches – Learning Series beginning on October 26th. Participants do not have to be registered for that series to attend this webinar.

Who Should Attend: Anyone who wants to learn about whole-school restorative approaches
