This training will provide school leadership teams the opportunity to review the status of their school’s PBIS implementation and student behavior data so they can identify action steps for change. Teams will learn about and engage in Team-Initiated Problem Solving (TIPS), a team process for using data to make decisions. We will also discuss how to utilize this process for academic data. It is anticipated that teams will be able to use the results of their time together to both initiate steps for immediate change and have a usable template for facilitating VTPBIS Data Days back at their schools.
Who should attend? VTPBIS Leadership Teams including school administrators and PBIS Coordinators at the school and/or SU/SD level
